The past week has been a bit of a mix really!
….there’s been lots of editing going on
….location scouting for upcoming shoots
It’s also been warm enough to sit outside and have a brew!
….I’ve been preparing gift bags for Sundays wedding fayre at the Copthorne Hotel on Salford Quays. So if you’re getting married and still looking for a photographer – please come along for a chat!
Emmylou of Lily Bud Cupcakes made some scrummy cookies to go in the gift bags – so there will be some very lucky brides on Sunday!
….I love a good auto-biography. I’ve never really paid much attention to Victoria Beckham, or the whole ‘Posh and Becks’ drama, but her book ‘Learning to Fly’ was recommended to me, so I decided to give it a go. Ian bought it me for Christmas, and I finally got around to reading it. I was actually really impressed with it. I found it got a bit sketchy towards the end, but overall, I really enjoyed it and have a new found respect for her.
…lots of fabulous DVD’s arrived to keep us occupied. We’ve seen most of them before, but sometimes you just have to own them on Blu-ray too!
…realising that my parents still had a stash of Jaws coasters from when I was a kid! My Dad used to work as a sales rep for a crisps / snack company, and my brother and I used to get loads of random things.
I also love the fact that everything in the garden in starting to bloom….
…also this week, I met my lovely friend Chrissy Mathew for a Starbucks and a much needed catch up
….I took my Mum shopping for a ‘Mother and Daughter’ day
….I had a catch up with Natalie of Roberts-Steel Hairdressers – many great things to come!
….I also had a lovely chat with Luke Sutton of The Right Luke. Please check out his website
Happy Friday everyone! xFiled under: Personal, Personal Ramblings, Weddings Comments Off
