Pre-Wedding Posts

Wowsers! I can’t believe I’ve only just got around to blogging this! I’ve known Catherine and Dave for a couple of years now, so when they asked me to shoot their wedding – I immediately jumped at the chance! Back in February we headed into Manchester for their pre-wed shoot, which involved meandering around and doing some of the things they do at a weekend when they hang out….. hot chocolate and coffee at Night and Day Cafe, followed by burgers and a wander around the outdoor markets and then to finish up we headed over to Castlefield. After all that they took me to the vegetarian earth cafe for my lunch

They’ve got the most amazing wedding booked in August down in Newquay – on the beach! Fingers crossed for some good weather…..

Happy Wednesday !

So here we are, 2012 is drawing to a close which can only mean one thing – my end of year review. I’ve had an amazing year and I’ve had the pleasure of working with some fantastic people on a range of equally fantastic projects. I’ve made some lovely new friends, and not just on Facebook and Twitter but in real life too! I know! I’ve also had the opportunity to be part of some amazing weddings and I’ve met some truly brilliant people. If I could high five everyone I’ve had the pleasure of working with this year, I would. But you’ll all have to settle for a virtual chest bump instead! Thanks for a brilliant year – I’m looking forward to working on some new projects in 2013 ! There’s nothing I like better than getting out in the countryside, rambling up hills and taking in breathtaking sights. On Tuesday, I got to do just that with two amazing people – Andrea and John.  They met 10 years ago, and in November they’re getting married at a gorgeous country house barn For their pre-wedding shoot we headed to one of their favourite places, The Cloud at Congleton, where we were met with strong winds and an amazing view!
